From the Swiss company best known for it's military-grade cutlery, and under the stylistic direction of a new designer, a re-energized line of menswear has emerged. Welder K24 Watch

Weekend watches should be bold, eye-catching and distinctly rebellious (it's called Peacocking, take it from Mystery). The Welder K24 watch, reminiscent of a classic sports car odometer, has an ultra-industrial design that makes a masculine statement without appearing gaudy. From U-Boat watch designer, Italo Fontana, Welder watches only recently became available in the US. Measuring a manly 50mm in diameter, this mechanical masterpiece comes with a matte steel casing, black dial and white hands that visually pop in contrast. To complete the industrial aesthetic, the K24 comes equipped with a black rubber strap, steel plates and a butterfly buckle. Other noteworthy stats include: Js55 miyota movement and water resistant to 100m. ($1,350) Buy it now

Cable Knit Earflap Hat from Urban Outfitters

As Siberian winds turn the city into an urban tundra, fur earflap hats have reemerged as a functional necessity and stylish alternative to traditional beanies. Fortunately, this classic cold-weather hat has been updated with some modern touches since it's illustrious cameo in the 1980's piece de resistance, Uncle Buck. No longer fashioned from the hide of our furry, forest friends, earflap hats are now typically made with faux (fake) fur that feels just as amazing as the real thing, minus the pungent petting zoo aroma. This one from Urban Outfitters has a cable knit exterior and an insulating, fleece lining for supreme warmth. Knit ties at the bottom allow you to rock the earflaps up, a nice option to have when temperatures climb above Arctic.
